Bianco per sé

From up high on the dramatic crags comes this white wine. With a colour that captures mountain sunbursts, it has a unique and inimitable character, not least thanks to its aromatic grape variety.

It opens with a startlingly aromatic note reminiscent of grapefruit, with spicy tropical and floral scents. Dry and pleasantly acidulous on the palate, it is savoury yet mouthfilling. Medium bodied and finely balanced with a long, aromatic finish.

This white wine is the perfect pairing for smoked cured meats, goat ham and bresaola.
