Our unique, small batch monovarietal grappa is made from Pinot Nero grapes harvested at the “Sancti Johannis” IGT vineyard in Chiavenna.
Aged for a minimum of 12 months in stainless steel tanks, batch distilled using the bain-marie or double boiler method.
This crystal-clear grappa has a delicate, evolved, lingering bouquet featuring a whisper of blackcurrant. Soft and structured in the mouth, with delightful fleeting notes of fruit.
Savour it one sip at a time, when relaxing in good company.
